I figured it out.
All you really need to do is spend some time exploring the interface and it should make sense.

The tab on the top is for "posting" and managing your postings.
Under the submenu "Create" you, of course, create your postings.
The other place to look is "Edit Posts". This is where you will change and delete posts like this as soon as you read them.

When you're on your blog, you can just click on "Get your own blog" in the upper right corner to sign in and change your user settings.
