	How are Native Americans in our region working to strengthen the original cultures of this land? Meet Monique Sonoquie, a cultural educator, film maker and lecturer from Santa Barbara. Her children’s book, "The Beginning of the Chumash" was self-published
through her non-profit organization, the Indigenous Youth  Foundation Inc. She will talk about her work and some of the ways in which technology is being used in collaborations for cultural preservation. --Sponsored by the Outreach Committee of the Canoga Park First United Methodist Church--
